When I first came upon this Bottle Gentian (below), one of the flowers was pulsating. As I looked on in amazement the petals started to spread apart and out emerged a bumblebee.

Bumblebees are some of the few insects strong enough to force themselves into the flower by prying apart the petals to get to the pollen inside.
